Located in the heart of the charming town of Vaihingen an der Enz, Jiannis is a Greek café and delicatessen offering an exceptional selection of organic Greek produce sourced from small, independent farmers. Alongside these premium ingredients, Jiannis serve freshly prepared homemade delicacies and an assortment of coffees.

As a family-run business, Jiannis was recently passed down to the younger generation, sparking a shift in its business model and leading to an exciting rebrand. I had the privilege of working with Jiannis to develop a new visual identity that respects the shop’s rich Greek heritage while appealing to a contemporary audience.

The rebrand focuses on incorporating traditional Greek motifs into a modern design framework. By introducing a fresh, playful colour palette and combining globally recognisable elements of Greek culture with sleek line art, the new identity achieves a harmonious balance between authenticity and modernity. The result is a brand that feels vibrant, approachable, and true to its roots.
